PPP (Public Private Partnership) Scheme

Limiting Services are permanent irreversible methods such as Female and Male Sterilization provided in form of Tubectomy/ Minilap/ PPS/PAS and Vasectomy/ NSV respectively. Free sterilization services will be provided to the Client/Eligible couple in accredited private hospitals / at public facilities by team of private service providers and empanelled private surgeons. Wage loss compensation will also be provided to beneficiaries as per government.

1 (a). Accredited Nursing Home to provide sterilization services at their private facilities

Private institution will provides free Sterilization services to client/eligible couple at the health facilities with their own equipment, consumables and necessary infrastructure as prescribed GOI norms.

1 (b). COT (Clinical Outreach team) provides Sterilization services at Govt/public health facilities

Private Doctors and team will provides free sterilization services at the public health facilities with their own equipment and consumables, while the concerned Public facility NGO ensures preparedness of the facility and mobilization of clients.

Private empanelled surgeon will provides sterilization services at the public facilities with available equipment and consumables, while the Public facility will also ensures preparedness of the facility and mobilization of clients.

Free IUCD service will be available at accredited private hospitals. Wage loss compensation only Rs. 75 will also be provided to beneficiaries as per government norms.

2 (a). Family Planning Accredited Nursing Home to provide IUCD services at their private facilities

Private institution provides IUCD services at the private facilities with their own equipment and consumables and necessary infrastructure as per GOI norms. Cu-T will be provided by govt. side.

2 (b). Private Surgery team and surgeon (Clinical Outreach team) provides IUCD services at Govt/public facilities with necessary infrastructure

Private Surgery team provides IUCD services at the public facilities with their own equipment and consumables, while the Public facility ensures preparedness of the facility and mobilization of clients.
